Late Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, simply give us a call or send us a message, and we’ll carry over your deposit.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to notify us, your deposit will be forfeited.

Please note that additional charges may apply for no-shows.

Late Arrivals
We understand that busy schedules can sometimes make you run late. If you think you’re going to be late, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be classed as a No-Show and could be reopened or offered to another client. If we are able to keep your appointment, please note that we may not have enough time to complete the full service you booked.
